EXTERMINATION SERVICES 

New treatment consists of:

• Wall void injection.
• Crawlspace and/or attic treatment where applicable.
• Exterior foundation and landscaping treatment.
• Two 2 week followup treatments.

Option to continue preventive service:

• Set service schedule (next service date noted).
• Three services annually:  03-06-09 -or- 04-07-10.
• Spring wall void injection included with service.

Warranty extends between each service (no charge retreats if activity is noted).

Initial service includes: 

• Interior crack and crevice treatment.
• Exterior search and destroy treatment.
• Three 1 week followup treatments.

Option to continue bi-monthly preventive treatments (Full Service)

Four time a year bi-monthly service; March through
September.

• Exterior foundation and eave treatments.
• No charge retreats if needed between regular scheduled services.
• Annual crawlspace treatment (where applicable).

Initial service consists of:

60 day warranty.
Crawlspace and/or Attic trapping.
Inspection report for entry points.
Three 1 week followups to remove any rodent bodies.

Some exlcusionary measures included in treatment (foam or steel wool).
Option to continue bi-monthly preventive treatments.

 Rodent Service bi-monthly preventive bait station monitoring.

Six bi-monthly services per year w/ Rodent warranty.

Warranty extends between services.  No charge retreats included for any  pest under warranty.

No charge interior treatments if needed.

 Full Service:  Bi-monthly service includes odorous house ants, carpenter ants, spiders, yellow jackets, and wasps.  Five services per year

Premium Service:  Full Service + Rodents.  Bi-monthly service includes all of the above plus rodent coverage.

Yellow Jackets: Guaranteed elimination of the nest.

Bald faced Hornets: Guaranteed elimination of the nest.

Wasps:  90 day warranty for the eaves of your house.
